Erin has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families since 2004. She graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, DC with a BA in International Affairs and Psychology. Erin received her Master of Science in Special Education from Simmons College and completed her BCBA coursework through Northeastern University in Boston, MA while working at The New England Center for Children at both their Boston and Abu Dhabi, UAE campuses. Her time in Boston was split between center-based programs and inclusive settings. Her time in Abu Dhabi was primarily in inclusive and home settings. Erin is a licensed special education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Kate is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Masters in Clinical Practices in Psychology from the University of Hartford. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Southern Connecticut State University and completed her BCBA coursework through UMass Lowell. Kate has worked with children and adolescents with Autism in the ABA field since 2004 and has worked in multiple settings including a private ABA day school in Connecticut, a clinic setting in Virginia, as well as in homes in Virginia. In particular, Kate is interested in feeding programs and verbal behavior. In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with her cats, crocheting, swing dancing, and diving for sea glass and shells.
